Return window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your goods. Requests made after 15 days cannot be accepted.

What can be returned

Products that are defective, damaged or not as ordered, and other products returned within the 15-day window in unused condition and in their original packaging.

How to request a return

Email sales@conexcopper.com or call +91 22 4344 9300 within 15 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the product name, the quantity and the reason for the return.

Return shipping costs

The customer pays the cost of return shipping, including freight, insurance, customs duties and taxes on the returned goods.

Refunds and exchanges

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will confirm the refund or exchange by email. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method.
